FEES FOR SUPPORT PERSONS STATEMENT
A fee will be charged for any support persons who accompany a person with a disability, and who utilize the services provided by ClubLink. In this case, the regular fees would apply.
Support persons accompanying a person with a disability who does not utilize any of the services provided by ClubLink will not be charged a fee.

ClubLink has a feedback protocol to enable it to receive and respond to comments, including complaints. ClubLink will respond to feedback received within 14 days of receiving the feedback when contact information has been provided.
